increased more production lines, like cotton filled sponges, gauze ball, non-woven sponges, drain sponges, Post-op Sponges and so on
- In 2001, the factory changed to private business named as Kingphar Medical Material Co Ltd;
increase more folding machines for gauze sponges
- In 2002, bought a garment factory to increase the capacity of lap sponges, zig-zag fold gauze, gauze bandages
- In 2004, got the certificate of ISO13488 and CE; Increased more folding machines; run the automatic sterile packaging process for sterile 1’s, 2’s, 5’s and 10’s, both in pouch and blister package;Invested a new manufacturing facility as GMP standards with cleaning rooms; Set up Kingphar Korea;
- In 2005, certified for ISO13485:2003; Changed the bleaching processing from bale to roll type, and successfully move bleaching line into new facility;
- In 2006, Wuhan office was established; Passed FDA 4-days factory audit; New facility started its all operation; Set-up new factory for medical cotton and cosmetic cotton products
- In 2009, setup ETO sterilization facility, and
passed the audit of EN ISO 11135-1;
- In 2013, for the further development needs, we
invested an independent sales center in Wuhan;
- In 2015, enter into Chinese OTC/Pharmacy market;
- In 2016, established Kingphar Group
- In 2017, setup Steam sterilization facility, and
passed the audit of EN ISO 17665-1;
- In 2021, invested a new production facility as
Hubei Kingphar, with more 130,000 sqm area.
